Shipping Policy
All shipping cost varies based on item and delivery address.
Unfortunately we do not offer ¡°FREE SHIPPING¡± to any merchandise except for the following:
- Bugaboo Strollers (Cameleon, Frog, Bee)
- Stokke Xplory
- Orbit Infant System
All orders are sent by United Parcel Service (UPS).
Below are the following options offered by UPS:
- UPS Ground
- UPS 3rd Day Select
- UPS 2nd Day Air
- UPS Next Day Air
We will not be able to send orders by USPS or FedEx.
We do not ship to PO Box addresses, Canada, or any international country.
Orders:
To place an order, simply click ¡®add to cart¡¯ on the item that you would like to add into your order (select size and color if necessary). If you are having difficulty, please contact us and we will try our best to make your shopping experience pleasant.

All orders in stock will be shipped within 3-4 business days.
If items are backordered, we will contact you immediately.
Please estimate 7-10 business days for your order to arrive at you destination.
If there is any incorrect or missing address information such as apartment, suite or room number, this will result to a $10.00 charge once the order has been delivered to its destination.
If shipped item is refused, this will also result to a $10.00 refusal charge once the order arrives back to our warehouse.
Any orders that are purchased with an international card will result to a ¡°verification process¡± which we will be email you within 2 business days upon order. We apologize for the inconvenience.
All special orders can only be cancelled within 7 days of order placed. After the 7 days, special orders cannot be cancelled. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Return Policy
Please contact us if you need to return any merchandise at 213-487-9090 to receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
For full money back, all non-sale merchandise must be in new or unused condition which contains all original packaging and accessories within 14 days of delivery (less shipping charge and surcharge).
ALL SALE MERCHANDISE IS FINAL SALE UNLESS THE MERCHANDISE IS NEW OR UNOPENED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. ITEM CAN BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY, BUT WILL RESULT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE.
All discounted/sale SHOE ITEMS can only be exchanged for a different style or size within 7 days of delivery. No Refunds!
All damages and shortages must be claimed within 3 days upon arrival.
Customer is responsible for shipping the return unless item is defective or damaged.
Returns will be processed within 7 days the merchandise arrives to the warehouse.
Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card used for the transaction. However gift items will be issued a store credit.
Shipping charges are non-refundable except for those that have a result in an error or item arrives damaged or defective.

We will not be able to except returns for the following items:
- Feeding accessories (such as bottles, utensils, etc)
- Breast pumps and accessories
- Potty Training accessories
- Opened DVD and CD packages

Order Cancelation
If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us immediately. All cancellations are not guaranteed. If item has not been shipped, we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.

STORE:
Merchandise can be returned within 14 days with receipt and in original packaging for a full refund of the purchase price. All other returns must be made within 30 days for an exchange or store credit. Discounted or sale items can only be exchanged within 7 days of purchase. All merchandise must be new or unused condition which contains all original packaging and accessories. Store is not responsible for boxes left at the store.
