Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! But if something isn’t quite right, we make returns as simple as possible. Your satisfaction is important to us.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be new, unopened, unused, and in the same condition as when you received them. Baby gear with manufacture seal broken on outer carton is considered “used”.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all manuals, warranty cards, and accessories included.
  • You have 60 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for online orders.
  • Returns that do not meet these requirements may be subject to up to a 30% restocking fee, based on the condition determined during our quality check.
  • Returns for defective items require prior approval. Please contact us first, as some manufacturers work directly with customers.
  • In-store purchases must be returned within 30 days and accompanied by the original receipt.

2. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Open Box / Outlet products
  • Feeding products (pacifiers, bottles, utensils, plates, etc.)
  • Breast pumps and accessories
  • Potty training products
  • Books, DVDs, or CDs
  • Special-order, personalized, or customized products
  • Any other product indicated as non-refundable on the product page.

3. How to Start a Return

  • Online orders: Log into your account on our website and request a return through your website account portal.
  • If you don’t have an account, check your order confirmation email for the link back to the order portal. 
  • Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
  • Returns for defective items are not automatically approved. Please contact us to resolve the issue prior to sending the package as some manufacturers prefer to work with the customer directly to resolve these product defect cases.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we’ll cover standard return shipping.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If we provide a prepaid label, the cost will be deducted from your refund.

5. Refunds

  • All returns are inspected upon arrival.
  • If the return does not meet our requirements, a restocking fee of up to 30% may apply, or the return may be refused.
  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 2 business days after your return is processed.
  • Refunds are only processed once the product is returned back. No exceptions.
  • If an item is deemed used or the wrong item is returned, no refund will be issued. You will have the option to provide a prepaid shipping label for us to return the item back to you within 7 days.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
  • For damage: Take photos of the product and packaging, and contact us within 7 days of delivery. If possible, refuse delivery of a visibly damaged package.
  • For defects: Some brands require direct customer contact for warranty claims. We’re happy to connect you with the manufacturer to resolve the issue. They will also need photo/video of the defect and serial number on the product.

7. In-Store Returns

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase with receipt.
  • Must be in new, unopened condition with original packaging.
  • Open Box / Outlet items are final sale.

Note: All products we sell are intended for newborns, infants, toddlers, and children. For the safety of your little one, we only accept returns that are in new and unopened condition.
