Shipping policy
Before you order, please take a moment to review our Return Policy. We want every Kidsland customer to shop with confidence and clarity — understanding our return guidelines upfront helps avoid any surprises down the road.
Free shipping on orders $49+ via standard ground shipping (FedEx, UPS, or USPS). Orders under $49 ship for $7.99. Expedited shipping and deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories are subject to additional charges. We do not ship internationally, to P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
Processing & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Manufacturer-direct shipments may take longer — contact us for estimated timelines. Ground shipping transit typically takes 2–10 business days depending on carrier and distance. A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships — please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.
Delivered = Your Responsibility
Once your order is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to you. Kidsland is not liable for lost, stolen, or missing packages after delivery is confirmed — including porch piracy. We strongly recommend requiring a signature at delivery or shipping to a secure location. If your package is missing after a confirmed delivery, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Furniture
Large furniture items cannot be shipped. Please visit our Los Angeles store to purchase or order furniture in person.
Address Issues & Changes
- Incorrect or incomplete address information (missing apt/suite number) will result in an $11 correction fee.
- Address changes after an order has shipped may incur a $25 fee and cannot be guaranteed.
- Orders returned to sender due to address errors are subject to a $25–$50 fee deducted from your refund.
Cancellations & Changes
- Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after 3:00 PM PST on the day they are placed.
- Special orders may be cancelled within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, special orders are final.
