Does Kidsland offer a Baby Registry?

Kidsland offers an universal Baby Registry powered by MyRegistry. With our UNIVERSAL registry platform, you can add products not just from our website but from any website you choose. Easily add and share your registry with friends and family once your list is set. Visit our Baby Registry page to start your very own!

What is the status of my online order?

You will be able to see the status of your order by logging into your account. You will be emailed a tracking number as it is produced.

Do you offer a product warranty?

All warranties are provided by the manufacturer directly. Please see our return policy for returns of unwanted times.

How do I make an online product return?

We make returns easy. Please contact us for a return authorization and we’ll let you know how to proceed.

Can I place all Kidsland products in my Baby Registry?

Yes, 99% of our products are available to Add to Registry. There are select products that are special order or non-shippable that may not be baby registry ready.

Do you have a same-day, (or curb-side) pickup at your LA location?

Yes, once your order has been processed, you will be contacted by one of our representatives to schedule your pick-up at our store. For verification, we request you bring a current face ID and the credit card that was used to place the order. For days of operation, hours, and covid-19 response, please see hours here.

Does Kidsland offer a payment option?

Yes, currently Kidsland is partnered with Sezzle for 0% installment payments will no credit checks. Please visit our Sezzle page for more information.

Which Methods of Payment Does Kidsland accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Amazon Pay, Sezzle, and Kidslandusa.com Gift Cards

Do you Charge Sales Tax?

Sales tax is not charged for orders outside of California. For shipping addresses within California, the sales tax rate for Los Angeles is charged.

How much does shipping cost?

All orders over $49 include FREE standard shipping. Orders under $49 are charged a fixed rate of $7.99. You can also choose a faster shipping option for an additional fee.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to all states within the US but not including Puerto Rico. We do not ship internationally including Canada.

How quickly will my order leave your warehouse?

Orders will leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Please note, we do not ship during major Holidays and weekends.

Can I use more than one coupon?

At this time, only one coupon can be used per transaction.

Why are the items I ordered out-of-stock?

We strive to keep our inventory accurate; sometimes the item(s) you ordered may have sold in our store at the time of the order placement. Before canceling your order, we will notify you and offer a comparable item when available.

The item I want is out-of-stock. How can I order it?

If you would like to order an out-of-stock item, please send us a message on our Contact Form.

Do you offer print placement for Ju-Ju-Be releases?

Yes, we request you list the preferred character and placement in the order notes. Please note, we will do our best to find an item with the desired placement. If you want to have the first pick, we recommend you join our newsletter for news on Ju-Ju-Be’s early releases.
