We know you're going to love your purchase! But in case you are not Kidsland makes returns as simple as possible. We appreciate your business and want to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase.

 

1. Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. Order must be shipped back in its original packaging.

You have 60 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

Certain items are non-returnable, including Open Box/Outlet products, Feeding (pacifiers, bottles, utensils, plates, etc), Breast pumps and accessories, Potty training products, Books, DVD or CD.  All special order, personalized and customized products are final sale.


2. How to initiate a return:

Please contact our customer service team at kidslandusa.com to initiate a return. Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.

3. Shipping Cost:

If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will refund the cost of standard shipping. If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

 

4. Refunds:

All returns will be inspected upon arrival. If any of our conditions aren't met, a restocking fee may apply. Returns made without prior communication may be rejected and shipped back to you.


Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receiving the returned item.


Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

 

5. Damaged or defective item(s):

Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt.


If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged or defective product.


We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund for damaged or defective items.


Please note, certain brands require the customer to reach out to them directly for defective or any issues with your purchase.

 

 

General Return Policy:

Returns must be made within 60 days of purchase. We will happily refund your full purchase price, less shipping and handling for online orders, for new, unopened products.

Please note that all of our products are for newborns, infants, toddlers, and children. Therefore, we value the safety of your little one and will only accept returns that are new and unopened condition with all original packaging, warranty and registration information included.

If return does not meet our requirements, a restocking fee of up to 30% may be applied to your refund or the return will be refused and the item will be shipped back to you. 

OPEN BOX/OUTLET items are not eligible for returns. These items are final sale.

Defects:

Products are covered under manufactures warranty. If your item is defective, please contact the manufacture directly. Kidsland does not handle warranty claims. We are happy to assist in connecting you with the correct manufacture to resolve your issue.

 

Damage:

If your order arrives damaged, please, take a photo of the damaged box/product and refuse your package. Contact us immediately with the photo and we will start our return and refund process. 

 

Kidsland Store Return Policy:

Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. Kidsland only accepts returns for items that are new and unopened condition with all original packaging, warranty and registration information included.
