KIDSLAND SHIPPING STANDARDS
Kidsland will make every effort to process your order quickly and accurately! All verified orders will be processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS within the contiguous United States only.
FREE SHIPPING is offered on orders with a total product value of $49+. The free shipping option is for regular ground shipping via FedEx, UPS or USPS. All orders less than $49 will cost $7.99 to ship. FedEx Express rates will apply for orders requesting expedited shipping. Shipping fees will apply to all shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping Speed & Services
FedEx, UPS and USPS guarantee timely delivery for all services except for Ground Shipping. Ground option may take up to 2-10 business days to reach the destination. Please check the shipping policies for the respective courier for more specific information. Most packages are shipped out of Los Angeles, California.
Verified orders placed before 1:00pm PST on business days typically enter the system that day. Although a package may be ready for delivery in the morning, orders do not enter 'shipped' status until the courier physically picks the package(s) up from our warehouse that afternoon. Non-business days (Saturday, Sunday and holidays) are not included in the shipping calculation.
An order tracking number will be emailed to you when your order has been packaged for shipment. Please allow for 24 hours from receipt of the tracking number to gather viable information on your delivery from the courier’s tracking website.
- We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
- Kidsland does not ship internationally (including Canada).
- Shipping guarantees are subject to change especially during the holiday season.
Kidsland can not ship large furniture items at this time. Please visit our Los Angeles store to purchase and/or order furniture items.

Canceling or Changing Orders
